Reminiscing

A chance encounter with an ex suitor lately. Remembered how nice and gentlemanly he was during the chase. However I didn't accept him as I wasn't ready to commit.

It set me thinking of the past. Flashbacks of those singleton days where life was full of adventure with its regular doses of sweets and spice.

I wonder how he had been. Thought of.. when I'm alone in the car. The drive to the other end of the world- left some scratches at the boot lol. Darn those construction!

At the cafe we were, for supper. Or was it just to enjoy your company? U were always available yet out of reach..

The time when we were oceans apart. When u found someone.. Had u never considered me?

The time at the bus stop. Whether to hop on the bus. Taking your hand and we scrambled for the bus. Sitting at the last seat and enjoying the bumpiness.

So much I dreamt of thee..

That I walked away from u when I saw u looking at her. Put on a mask so u wouldn't know it's me. Walked away from u in despair but u held my hand telling me that you still cared.

How have u been? I hope life treats you well..
