Life's a beach

I have always loved the beach. The cheer of the sun, sound of the gentle waves and the sand at my feet. How i'd love to draw on the sand.

When I'm at the sea, i think about things that make me happy. Images of couples having fun splashing sea water, running after the other and wrapping their arms around each other. Children's laughter as they run away from the crushing waves. Me playing beach volleyball from day till night, confiding in my gal pal over matters of the heart. Me, eager to emerge victory in a beach volleyball match as i dive for the ball. Me, walking my dog as she look for trails and at me with adoration.

More often, me, not being myself, visualizing how life would have been for me if i live a new life.

What do you think about when you're by the sea? I hope there's a little of me ..



Loving the sun, sand and the sea!

KL/Selangor/Cameron Highlands

Dad bought tickets, for a last min trip to KL! Mum and i had only half an hr to pack our luggage and off we go! I had to go out bare-faced while i grabbed everything in sight.

Passport checked. Makeup pouch checked. Camera checked. It was crazy yet fun as we rummage through our stuff. Dad came back aft booking the tix and scream at us for us to hurry up!?! Well, all his fault for telling us the train was 4+pm. Turns out it was full, so we had to catch the 1.15pm train. (He told us abt it @ 12.30pm lol)

The Taxi uncle beat the red light to Tg Pagar Railway station. I didn't notice rummaging through m stuff to see if i'd left out anything. Reached. Everyone had boarded the train.

Dad ran past the immigration in excitement, pushing our passports to the officers standing nr the train, only to had them frantically signalling us to go back to the counter lol. We had conveniently ran past the immigration counter! Haha..

My heart was beating wildly. Felt an adrenaline rush and a little 'high' doing things out of the blue and without a plan. The feeling was simply incredible.

It was just Dad & Mom and me. Purpose of this trip was to visit our relatives in KL and to see Cameron Highlands.

Train was stuck for a while so we hopped of the train for a bite. Dad bought MILO for us to drink as the it was freezing cold in the train.

Dad PR-ed on the train and a Msian auntie gave us all a free ride to our hotel @ Swiss Inn, Chinatown. Did i tell you we did not book our accomodation prior to this? Everything was just spontaneous as turns out we could nt stay with Auntie Cecelia.

Massages @ Pusat Ratawan Urut Kaki Tradisional (Xu Si Fu Natural Health Care) @ Sungei Wang ( i got massaged by owner to Mum' envy. She tried to get him to massage her legs but he wanted to massage mine)

Nevertheless, I was glad we had a good trip with Dad & Mom being able to visit our relatives- their purpose, being able to make their stay more comfortable with good night(s) sleep @ a good hotel and most importantly for them to be back safe and sound..
